At Azeron, we want to ensure you have the ultimate gaming experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your keypad, you can return your device within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via the official Azeron website or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the product, along with all original accessories, cables, and documentation, back into its original protective box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the package and ship the item back to our European manufacturing facility using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
